We are looking for a driven person who is ready to take on the exciting challenge as a Requirements Analyst for our two systems GAM (Generic access management) and SUP (Supplier portal) within the IT division Buying & Production at H&M. GAM is the centralized system for handling user rights for all systems within the BOPO division. SUP is the H&M portal for collaboration with our suppliers worldwide. Both systems are .Net web based and are being continuously developed.
As Requirements Analyst at H&M you work with other team members to ensure a delivery where time to market and quality is an important factor for our business. You will be responsible for planning and drive the requirements of the work in collaboration with business, system manager and other members of the development team.
To succeed in the role, we believe you are an experienced Requirements Analyst with quality's such as being responsible, humble, positive and flexible. You will be introduced to new problems and challenges continuously and it is important that you quickly and easily grasp both overall picture as well as the details. Being thorough and to have a methodical approach is important both when we work as a team and individually. We maintain a high tempo, which requires structure and an ability to prioritize and work together with others.

You will be located in Stockholm, with stakeholders and end users mostly across Asia and Europe. The delivery team is based in Stockholm and in India. Business trips abroad may be required.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Requirement Analyst at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Plan and drive requirements work in collaboration with business/operations, and with your team
• Identify, question and document requirements
• Analyze and assess requirements based on business goals and IT strategy
• Facilitate workshops and other collaboration forums
• Communicate with stakeholders about business and technical needs and solutions
• Drive meetings for the estimation and planning of requirements with stakeholders
• Help continuously improve our way of working regarding requirements and overall team collaboration.

And your skills include:
• 2-5 years' experience of working with standards in business and IT
• Worked in distributed teams. Useful if having worked with Offshore teams (India)
• Experience in documenting requirements using different tools and models
• Ability to communicate problems and solutions on business level as well as technical level
• Ability to quickly understand how new business and IT solutions works
• Experience in facilitating workshops
• Genuine interest in process development and requirements management
• Experience of working with non-functional requirements
• Communicate fluently in both English and Swedish
It's an advantage if you have experience in agile but also worked with waterfall method, with process modeling, information modeling and/or with the effect mapping. It is also an advantage if you have experience working in the retail industry and experience in global business

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe. The H&M group includes in addition to H&M the brands COS, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday, & Other Stories and H&M Home. As an IT-department, we work with all brands.
