Boliden is a high-tech metals company with its own mines and smelters, working long-term to guarantee society's access to base and precious metals. For a century, our work has been part of the value chains that have shaped modern society. At Boliden, we know that the metals we mine and make available will continue to play a crucial role in the future - what matters is how we produce them. Become a part of us and drive change for future generations.

Your Opportunity
We are seeking a collaborative and people-oriented Reporting Specialist to join our Group HR Tech team. In this role, you will thrive in an international environment, working closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Your ability to connect with others, present solutions to complex problems, and communicate effectively will be key to your success. You will empower our HR and business stakeholders by transforming data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making across the organization.
You will work with platforms such as Workday HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, Power BI, and other HR/Payroll systems, contributing to data management, security, and report development. Your technical curiosity and HR background will help us translate HR results into clear, data-driven reports that support our business goals.

What You Will Do
Team up with colleagues to design, develop, and keep our reports and dashboards in Workday, Power BI, and other HR systems fresh and useful.
Work side by side with HR and business teams across different countries - listening, sharing ideas, and finding the best ways to meet their reporting needs together.
Present data and HR results in a way that's clear, engaging, and makes sense to everyone - whether they're tech experts or not.
Collaborate to make sure our data is always accurate, consistent, and reliable across all systems.
Be part of our journey to build and continuously improve how we report and share insights throughout the organization.

What You Bring
A strong interest in technology and digital solutions - you're curious and eager to learn new tools.
Experience working in or with international teams, enjoying the energy of diverse perspectives.
Excellent people skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and present solutions to a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders.
The knack for translating HR data into meaningful analytical reports and actionable insights.
An analytical mindset and a sharp eye for detail.
A bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Why Work With Us
At Boliden, we foster a workplace built on care, courage, and responsibility. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and your contributions will directly impact future generations. Join a team of responsible and creative people, all working towards the vision of becoming the most sustainable and respected metal supplier in the world.
Be part of a forward-thinking HR Tech team driving digital transformation.
Work with modern tools and technologies in a collaborative, international environment.
Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.
Inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
