The Aarke carbonator has filled a need within small domestic appliances consumers all over the world. We are not only selling a product but an experience, a premium brand and lifestyle. During the past years Aarke has grown from being a start up to a scale up. We are now looking for a new regional sales manager to continue building the Aarke brand together with retailers in the Nordic region.

This position gives you a great opportunity to have an impact on the future growth of Aarke in the nordic region. To be part of long term creating the next step of Aarkes visibility in the Nordic Region. You would be able to work with brand building activities as well as a successful relationship with our retailers, who are both represent tech stores as well as premium stores.

Responsibilities:

• Set, implement and drive the best strategy for your regional key accounts. Delivering the annual budget and forecast including unit, revenue and profitability goals. Build a strategy based on growth as well as brand plans and company vision
• Building long-term, strategic partnerships with defined Key Accounts
• Together with internal marketing functions create brand activities and campaigns with our regional key accounts
• Responsible for managing sales on regional key accounts both online and offline
• Development of in-store and online execution together with Trade Marketing Manager
• Driving product launch and GTM plans with defined Key Accounts in Nordic region
• Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
• Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices

About you

The work requires you to work closely not only with your team mates but also with other departments, therefore we need you to have a strong sense of communication and collaboration skills.

You have experience of working with larger accounts in the Nordic region where focus has been on building both strong relationships, success on the account as well as building a strong brand. Aarke is a premium brand whereas we believe you have experience of building a premium brand on a Nordic level.

Beyond experience we see that you have a relevant bachelors degree within finance or marketing.

Aarke works with the world as our market, meaning you are comfortable speaking and writing in English - with the Nordic region as your responsibility Swedish is a great bonus however not a requirement.
