we are looking for a talented individual who is eager to be part of developing our business in the EMEA . The team is based in Stockholm and we deliver advisory and consultancy services related to commercial excellence and revenue growth across various sectors such as digital technologies, energy, healthcare and manufacturing. Our clients' businesses are often driven by digitalisation, innovation and sustainability. Our consultancy scope includes for instance market entry and growth strategy, sales channel set-up as well as client and partner acquisition.
What do we expect from you?
To help us further grow in these areas, We are looking for candidates at an Associate or Consultancy level (ranging from recent graduates to talents with up to 7 years of working experience - your position and compensation will be based on your seniority), who will play a critical role in leading projects related to commercial excellence and revenue growth.
You are interested in a fast-paced environment, a steep learning curve and to work in a dedicated team supporting our clients in their growth journey in the targeted market.
If you have professional experience from the EMEA and/or working experience from a consulting, in-house strategy or business development role, it is a strong advantage. You will be working in project teams collecting, analysing and presenting information and insights to our clients, which you mostly get from interactions with external stakeholders on the market. You will travel 70% in the region with our clients on a regular basis.
You will support senior colleagues in sales dialogues, insight driven development of new business opportunities, as well as prospecting and together with the team, develop customer value propositions.
Who are you?
• You have a higher academic degree BCs, preferably a Master of biomedical ,Science in Engineering and/or Business Administration from a well-regarded school
• You have 4-7 years (for Associate) or 3-4 years (for Consultant) of relevant working experience, preferably from a renowned management consultant or in-house strategy team
• You have experience from an international context from studying and/or working
• You are result-oriented, analytical and with a strong drive and an ability to handle new challenges
• You have strong social and team-working skills and cultural adaptiveness
• You preferably have experience in conducting sales of services and enjoy sales challenges
• A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic is a requirement. Swedish language skills are a strong advantage
