Your role and responsibilities
Are you an experienced Demand Planner with a keen eye for detail and expertise in SAP? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization are key to business success? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in demand forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our supply meets market needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using SAP (Anaplan is a plus), leveraging historical data, market trends, and statistical models to predict future demand.
Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels, minimizing stockouts and reducing excess inventory.
Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to align on forecasts and support business strategies.
Utilize SAP and Anaplan for data analysis, scenario planning, and reporting while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Prepare and present demand planning reports to leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures in the supply chain.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices in demand planning.
Facilitate monthly demand reviews and product reviews with relevant sales units while managing the phase-in and phase-out process between front-end sales and the RDC.

Qualifications for the role
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in demand planning or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in SAP and SAP APO (Anaplan is a plus).
Advanced Excel skills (Power BI knowledge is a plus).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
