hela Sverige Are you seeking the next challenge in your career? Bosch Thermodynamik AB offer you a stimulating position as a Refrigeration engineer in our development department in Tranås. You will be a part of a multi-cultural and dynamic team who drives development, improves and challenges the heat pump industry.
Bosch Thermodynamik AB is looking for an engineer who enjoys working all the way from scratch to the implementation of production. You will have the opportunity to work with development and verification of new technical concepts and solutions of heat pumps. Bosch Thermodynamik AB offer a position where you will be a central part of the development of innovative functions based on heat pump components and systems. The position offers a variety of many internal contacts with purchasing department, process- and production engineers as well as external contacts with national and international suppliers of components.
You will work with specification, calculation, design and testing of heat pump components and systems with additional diverse tasks. This includes to create, review and understand technical specification for the components and to analyze customer, product, and safety requirements to derive technical concepts. You will also create test plans, execute and document development tests in accordance with standards and internal requirements and participate in product design reviews and FMEA. Design, document and support implementation of functional test procedures for mass production, support in construction of samples as well as to issue product technical documentation are also tasks included in the position.
To propose and drive solutions in accordance with function, cost, quality and users' requirements is also part of the job. Quality improvement and optimization of existing heat pump products range as well as cost reduction of existing appliance platforms will also be included as part of the position.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with knowledge in either fluid mechanics, thermodynamics or refrigeration is a requirement for the position. Previous experience with natural refrigerants is highly valued. Knowledge in specification, calculation, design and testing of refrigeration and hydraulic components and systems is valued. Knowledge in psychrometry, sizing of heat exchangers and European standards applicable to refrigerating systems and heat pumps is a benefit.
Requirements for the position are proficiency with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency with MATLAB is a plus.
