Finance and Accounting is responsible for making sure that our customer can handle all business initiatives in a legal complying way and ensure that all brands and sales-channels are aligned from an accounting perspective. We are responsible for assuring that the financial reporting keeps up with the high pace of the customer.We are now looking for Business Experts to the Finance and Accounting Solution team. We are looking to expand our team with new colleagues with experience ranging from a few years up to several years of experience within accounting. If you are interested in working as a Business Expert, helping develop our accounting solutions and influence ways of working - this is the right position for you! As a Business Expert in the Finance and Accounting Solutions team you will mainly be working with business support to our global accounting organization as well as participate in accounting related projects. For example, we are currently replacing our core accounting systems and building a global SAP platform. Our focus areas are General accounting, Management & Financial reporting which includes a strong connection with our sales and logistics departments.We lead and deliver in cross-functional projects together with colleagues from Sales, Logistics as well as our local Accounting Offices across the world. We drive our work forward in close collaboration with IT to succeed in our Business development initiatives.Your responsibilitiesAct as an efficient business partner to Accounting operation, Business development and IT.Lead and drive accounting expertise in projects initiated in the group to continue to develop our costumer offer.Develop and influence our global accounting processes and ensure best practice.Work closely with Central and Local Accounting to ensure that Accounting requirements are covered in our system solutionsSupport our colleagues around the world with solution knowledge and best practiceYour skillsAs a person, we believe you value having own responsibility, work in a fast pace and that you enjoy teamwork and straight forward communication with a flexible attitude.
