We are looking for a new member to join our IES Årsta team!
IES Årsta is a school for grades 4-9 with 730 students and a staff body of about 80 members. The school is situated very close to Stockholm city center, just a few subway stops away.
The role: Our Junior Club (Fritidsklubb) is open to our Year 4 and 5 students at the end of their school day. Junior Club is an important part of our school and is highly appreciated by students and parents. We are now looking for a recreational instructor (fritidspedagog) to work with our grade 4 and 5 students during the day and in our after school programme (Junior Club) in the afternoon. We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible staff member who is a team player and who has experience from working in a school setting. The position in Junior Club includes planning, setting up and running fun and educational activities for our students, working alongside other Junior Club staff. A nice atmosphere and cooperation are the key to success. It is also the basis for creating a red thread through the grades to guide our students and help the students reach their goals. You share the IES ethos and believe that a safe and orderly environment is crucial.
As English is the working language, international experience as well as command of the English language are desired but not a must.
Ersättning Fixed salary
