hela Sverige This job is to align the indoor evolution with the radio long term product plans and make sure a solution oriented thinking get in place within and outside of Product Development Unit Radio Products.
This encapsules ensuring that we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a Product Development Leader you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.
Responsibilities:
• You will be required to drive technology and product leadership by ensuring the Long Term Product plans and corresponding Technology development for indoor is aligned with others, forming a solution oriented product design thinking.
• Ensure Business alignment in the area and that customer aspects are brought in early.
• Knowledge sharing and learning
We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure technology leadership in the indoor area.
Key Qualifications:
• Education: MSc and / or business oriented knowledge.
• Min years of experience: Min 5 years in indoor
• Domain experience: Indoor products, business and service models.
• Customer Insight
• Business Understanding
• You will need excellent Project and Program Management Skills
• Coaching & Mentoring Skills
• Negotiation Skill
• Formulating strategies and concepts
