hela Sverige The importance and demands for plant au-tomation increases from our customers and the growth of automation related business will continue. The business unit Plant Auto-mation & Information Solutions (PAIS) is addressing these opportunities and we are now looking for an R&D manager for MES Applications and System Integration in Lund.
This position will ensure that we build an effi-cient team to develop and enhance the at-tractiveness of the Tetra Pak PlantMaster Manufacturing Execution System (MES). You will be managing a team that work in an agile software development environment together with our teams in Modena and Shanghai.
You will drive strategic development and ensure that we build the right capabilities for the future. You will also represent the organi-zation from initiation of ideas to deployment of software to market companies and customers, in close collaboration with product management and deployment organizations.
As we are working agile in line with modern software development methodologies as scrum and SAFe, we highly value experi-ences in this area. Experience from working with MES systems is necessary.
Main responsibilities
• Build an efficient team to develop our MES Suite
• Ensure that we have the right capaci-ty and capabilities to meet future de-mands
• Be an ambassador for agile software development methods
• Budget responsibility for the R&D team in Lund
• Stakeholder management to secure project success
Qualifications
• Proven managerial knowledge and practise
• Thorough experience in software de-velopment/engineering
• Experience to get thinks happen with a collaborative approach
• Skills in agile methodologies, like Scrum/SAFe
M Sc in Software Engineering or equivalent
As a person, you have excellent interpersonal skills and you enjoy working in a collaborative environment. The interest and ability to coach, develop and motivate others is also of great importance.You are visionary in mind when coming to what we can create with our people together with technology for Tetra Pak and our customers. Good knowledge in English, written and spoken, is a requirement.
