We are now looking for a Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist to work together with us in an international environment with plenty of opportunities. In this role you will be part of the quality team that is dedicated to implementing a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization, to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability in a sustainable way.
As a Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist, your main responsibilities are to improve the customer satisfaction and quality culture, and to reduce quality losses. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop, improve and implement quality support processes in the organization, as well as to maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
We are looking for a person with a service minded and driving personality, who is ready to take on a broad range of work and responsibilities.
Your responsibilities
Support departments in quality improvement, management, training and coaching.
Drive and develop quality and continuous improvement culture throughout the organisation.
Develop, improve and implement quality support processes.
Find, codify and spread best practices and lessons learned.
Apply methods, processes, and tools to support the handling of quality issues.
Gather and analyse data, compile reports, and communicate KPIs.
Support projects by finding process improvement opportunities.
Drive and support improvement work, in projects and organizations.
Audit management systems.
Your background
We highly value your personality and see that you have a positive, structured, flexible, driven, problem solving and pro-active mindset.
You have solid communication and influencing skills to address and build trust with people on different organizational levels.
You are a team player who promotes team effectiveness by facilitating and building on the ideas of others and shares information and expertise, to achieve desired results.
On a personal level you are agile, persistent, precise and accurate, with strong analytical skills.
As you will be part of an international environment. English is a must, and Swedish is desired, both written and spoken.
You have previous experience from industry, in one or more of the fields of, Engineering, Quality management, Operations management, Project Management and Continuous improvement.
Knowledge of power systems and management systems is very much desired.
