Job Summary
You will lead the "Customer Quality Plan Fulfilment" program with the aim to systematically improve our overall Customer Experience and embed the 360O Quality approach in how we build and execute our customer plans. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our markets to strengthen the Quality governance by amplifying customer needs and pain-points, prioritizing sustainable solutions across our 3 businesses.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden or in Modena, Italy.
What you will do
Lead the project as per the programme governance structure with clear milestones, deliverables, and benefit case, and support markets to;
Identify lead customers and their Quality pain-points.
Agree on concrete, timebound actions with the customer with clear timelines, quantified impact and KPIs.
Drive the fulfilment of those Quality actions through a task force together with the Business Units.
Support markets with their Quality forums including driving the usage of Quality dashboards across all markets.
Lead Market Operations in the Quality escalation process and prioritise conflicting requirements and capturing product development needs.
Ensure visibility and feedback loops with all markets on ongoing Quality actions including usage of PLC reports.
Drive quarterly Quality maturity assessment to secure focus and continuous improvements.
Support deployment of Quality 360O and any future Quality initiatives or trainings for the Sales, Marketing and Customer service teams in MO.

We believe you have
More than 5 years of relevant experience, preferably working in the markets and Quality/Issue Resolution experience.
Strong communication skills to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
Good planning and prioritisation skills, and drive actions.
Effective meeting management to drive discussions, ownership, and decision-making.
Fluent in English with good data and digital capabilities.
