hela Sverige We are now seeking a Quality Engineer Tolling EMEA, Nouryon Performance Formulations in Stenungsund. In this role, you will coordinate all technical support to toll manufacturers and manages related projects. Further responsibilities involve recipe- and process documentation as well as ensuring compliance to relevant standards at tollers.
Main responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer Tolling, you will coordinate technical support and see to the completion of major process improvement projects associated with the support of our tolling operations. Activities include, process analysis, project assistance, design, development and support tollers in daily operations through process support, project management and start up support. A key deliverable will be the maintenance of process know how (documentation) with a focus on continuous improvement of the supported processes from both a technology and cost standpoint
Manage the technology transfer, support as well as all aspects of major project work associated with tolling operations
Is the focal point, coordinates and participates in process design and start up activities as required to support tolling operations
Act as a key focal point for all technical aspects, managers support from other key stakeholders and resources such as production, R&D, technology, product management etc and liaises with relevant functions for support.
Assess and maintain proper compliance with Quality standards set up for tolling operations. Follows through on customer and performance complaints and focuses on structural improvements. Supports in setting up of contracts at the tollers
Maintain and develops professional competency, consistent with industry and Nouryon standards
Maintains the repository for tolling data on processes, procedures, spec and other related documentation.
Responsible for maintaining proper and accurate Bill of Materials for products that are tolled. Is also responsible for maintaining recipe and process documentation that supports products that are tolled (operating manuals, packaging manuals etc.). Performs routine yield and cost analysis on these operations
Is responsible for providing and entering recipe information for the SAP process
Qualifications
B.S. Chemical Engineering or related technology degree
3-8 years in project and/or process experience in plant environment
Knowledge of chemical plant production
Proficient in Excel
Hands on experience in SAP (Production Planning, Quality Modules)
Knowledge of process control computers
Proven working knowledge of material usage, transportation, logistics and planning systems
Experience in working in Matrix organization
Fluent in written and spoken English. More languages preferred.

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Tolling Manager Performance Formulations and based in Stenungsund, Sweden.
