hela Sverige The role Quality control engineer will be a part of the Supplyorganisation and report directly to the Production Development Manager. You will work operative with testing and verification of products and equipment in our production line for our electrochrome window glass as well as beeing responsible for planning and documentation.
Tasks and responsibilities include, amongst others:
• Takes excitement of operational work in testing/verification to drive development within the same field of work.
• Design and implement methods for process control, improvement, testing and inspection.
• You will be responsible for test planning, performing tests and documentation / traceability. For the evaluation of products and processes, hardware and
software are used in combination, such as chemical analysis tools, self-developed lifetime test equipment, accelerated climate tests.
• Document tests, according to test results disapprove or approve in accordance with acceptance criteria, as well as report errors.
• Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports and continuously develop our
work methodology in quality work.
• You must have a practical touch and is comfortable with both software and building test sets.
• You will be given the opportunity to further develop the quality work and will be a participant in the certification of production according to ISO.
• Develop, document, execute and analyze quality-reporting measures.
• Manage instruments and tools (tool descriptions, calibration instructions, etc.)
• Will be in touch with several features of the company such as Production, Quality and R & D.
• Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses.
Job Requirements
• Some years of experience in testing and verification, but wants to continue to develop in the field
• Efforts to carry out operational work in testing and verification as well as to drive development within the same area
• Advantageously, you have a practical touch and is comfortable with both software and building test sets
• University degree with technical orientation
• Fluent in English and Swedish
