What you'll do
Handle daily workload of Change control board (CCB) requests coming into the funnel.
Help with rating & prioritizing the requests
Project planning for change control, incl requesting hours and weekly follow ups
Release templates in a controlled manner after updates
Assist with training of new team members on processes and work instructions
Provide input on IT tools
Give input/write instructions and formal Work instructions as needed for the team
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
Drive quality standards in the commissioning and qualification documentation.
Update QS documentation based on output from Change Control Board (CCB)
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or related area with relevant work experience
Familiar with and demonstrated ability to work within a QMS environment to drive quality standards in the commissioning and qualification documentation
Works in a systematically and structured way
Experience of working in a global environment
Fluent in spoken and written English
Experience of working with content change control
Experience of project management
Ability to pay attention to details
Ability to check all technical material for consistency and accuracy
Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills
