Do you love the production side of game development but also have an interest in the financial side? Then you just might be our next colleague.
Your main goal will be to help our 3rd party studios deliver the best games possible to the market, making sure that the development is running both efficiently and creatively. As a Publishing Producer you will be a key player in our 3rd party publishing games portfolio and take some very cool games to the market.
You will report to the VP of Publishing and partner with multiple teams within the studio.
Job tasks:
• Working on several projects in different stages of development.
• Being the responsible person for the 3rd party title we are publishing.
• Being the main point of contact on the publishing side for the 3rd party studio and nurturing a healthy relationship with them through regular visits and discussions.
• Guiding the 3rd party studio through the publishing process.
• Creating and managing the production plans.
• Create production roadmap, marketing strategy and P&L Scenarios for the game.
• Managing and prioritizing the production budget.
• Conducting milestone reviews and evaluating the gameplay experience.
• Solving problems and managing risks.
• Ensuring final game quality and delivery.
• Making sure the publishing product team is up-to-date with the development progress and status.
Must have:
• 5+ years of experience in a Producer role or similar, with multiple shipped games.
• Comprehension of all aspects of game production (management, planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, programming/technology, design, art, audio, video, localization, QA).
• Ability to evaluate gameplay quality as well as schedule delivery, identify key risks, and provide mitigation strategies that allow the project to deliver its key vision, including marshaling other company resources where needed.
• Strong interest and experience in playing video games.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
