Main Responsibilities / Activities:

We are looking for a Project Manager that will be responsible for customer projects and making sure that FlexLink deliver the project on time, within budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the day to day management with focus on project deliveries. Your colleagues are located globally, with a good part of them located in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will report to the Head of SBU Tissue Nordic. Occasional travel will be required in order to manage projects at our manufacturing sites and with customers, and you will be based at our HQ in Gothenburg.

Main areas of responsibility

• Planning, organizing and fulfilment of larger international customer projects.
• Financial and time-schedule forecasting & follow up
• Lead, manage and execute assigned projects according to Group OMS
• Operations management for the team; Utilization of resources & skills within the group. Planning, prioritizing, follow up and finalizing our main activities.
• Ensure high profitability, minimum risk and highest customer satisfaction in projects delivered

Basic Requirements:

As the ideal candidate, you have excellent decision making skills and are able to implement the decisions in the group. You are skilled in project management, dealing with demanding international clients and you have great communication and leadership skills. You like negotiations and have an innovative approach and the ability to easily adopt efficient ways of working.

• M. Sc / B. Sc in Mechanical / Automation Engineering or other corresponding education / experience
• Some years' experience of Project Management of automation projects involving mechanical solutions and controls
• Experience in Inventor, AutoCAD or similar tools
• Previous industrial/factory automation experience is highly preferred
• English, both written and spoken
