hela Sverige QRIOS Life Science is now looking for a Projekt Manager for a consultant assignment at Fresenius Kabi.
About the position
The Project Manager's main role is to plan the project and to direct, lead/coordinate all activities and functions within the project. Ensures that the project achieves its objectives in terms of time, quality and economy by means of plans, analyses and follow-up. You are responsible for coordination and communication with collaborating partners and stakeholders. And you are also responsible for engaging and motivating his/her project team members to ensure that good work is done and the right things are delivered on time and to the right quality. The task of the project manager changes with the size of the project where the allocation of pure project management and execution of project activities varies.
Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring that environmental, safety and health and safety considerations are taken into account at all stages of the project - Responsible for the health and safety of the project in accordance with the document 'Delegation of Health and Safety Duties' . Actively promote good CARE practices within the project team Quality/Project Objectives. Prepare project plans in accordance with the set project objectives. Responsible for ensuring that the project delivers in accordance with the set project objectives and that delivery is on time and within budget. Responsible for the joint work of the project team and for the continuous evaluation of the project. Responsible for ensuring that the tasks are carried out in an appropriate manner in accordance with the company's requirements and the project process, and that any deviations are reported to the line manager.
Manage contacts with external and internal parties. Report the progress of the project based on defined project objectives and in particular signal any deviations from the defined objectives. Produce good quality decision documents. Document the work and results in plans and reports. Manage and create an effective working environment with the project members Technology. Further development of the technology and processes of the business.
Allocate financial resources within the limits of the established budget and authorizing authority as specified in a specific document. Within the scope of the duties of the position, take independent decisions within the limits set for the project. Mandate to request priority from management/steering group in case of resource conflict.
Your profile
• University degree in engineering or equivalent knowledge obtained by other means
• Documented management training (project or line)
• At least 5 years of industrial experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• At least 2 years of documented experience as a manager with personnel or project management responsibilities
• At least 2 years of documented experience as a budget manager (line or project)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of German is an advantage
• Knowledge of GMP
• Good computer skills including MS Office and MS Project
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial organization - Good ability to plan and manage project work
• Results-oriented, goal-oriented, committed, accurate and responsible
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Courage to make decisions and ability to manage conflicts
