We are currently seeking a Project Supply Coordinator for our customer in Lund.
In your role as Project Supply Coordinator your main tasks will involve:
* Manage the purchasing process.
* Ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of material and services in close collaboration with appointed team, business stakeholders and in alignment with the client 's procurement category strategies.
* Responsible for supplier management activities in line with strategy, process and KPIs
* Leading/supporting request for quotation.
* Negotiation and contract management as well as sourcing plan development.
* Competitive tendering and collaboration with stakeholders from different seniority levels.
The position as Project Supply Coordinator is an assignment starting in November 2023 and one year ahead, with possibility to extend.
About you
To fit for this assignment, we believe you are a self-motivated and detail-oriented person, with strong skills in data management - including advance knowledge of power BI and Excel. You are good at communicating and are passionate to sustainability and supply chain.
Further, you are a result driven team player with a process mindset and have an ability to take initiative focusing on the big picture. You also have an ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Important for the role:
* Degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management or other relevant area
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Analytical
* Good organizational skills
Meritorious for the role:
* SAP knowledge
* A relevant international experience
* Experience in project management
* Previous experience or internships in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
* Other languages like Italian and Swedish
