To strengthen our business at Wärtsilä Sweden AB, Seals & Bearings we are now looking for two persons to take on a role as project sales within our OEM and New build team. The role has its main responsibility to manage sales projects internally and externally for Wärtsilä Seals & Bearings. Sales projects are defined as sales activities related to package offerings including products from suppliers as well as internal networks. It can also be defined as sales projects related to new build sales.

Responsibilities
• Generate quotations based on customer's or sales' request by evaluating inquires and registering/maintaining opportunity information.
• Support sales organization by taking responsibility for daily customer interactions.
• Coordinate daily activities and urgent requests with relevant colleagues in order to find satisfactory solutions.
• Liaise with Sales about the content and terms of the offerings.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of customer specific solutions and needs.
• Communicate with Sales and customers about technical specifications and /or delivery information.
• Support in preparing sales presentation material.
• Process inquiries, quotations and orders to network companies and external customers.
• Maintaining internal Databases & Tools.

The role as project sales is based in Gothenburg and requires travel on a frequent basis.

To be successful in the project sales role you have a BSc in Mechanical/Marine Engineering or equivalent and several years experience of sales in an international environment.

You have strong business and customer focus, proven competence of sales contractual and legal issues, knowledge of export compliance and regulations and skilled to understand sales financials. We want you to have experience from project management and leading teams. If you have knowledge in Wärtsilä and our technical product portfolio it is an advantage. You must have a good command of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Additional languages is an advantage.

As a person you are self-driven and decisive with the ability to organize and prioritize your work. You are communicative, able to work in a cross-cultural environment and a good team player.
