We are a passionate quality team, responsible for the careful monitoring of our quality status and to strive for stabile processes within Volvo CE Arvika. Your role
You will work closely with our Operation (assembly, fabrication, logistics, production engineering) and Technology, focusing on tomorrow's quality in developing new wheel loaders. You will set up strategies to ensure stabile processes, and help the project organisation to highlight activities to finalize new products to meet the expected quality levels. This means a lot of cross functional teamwork and encouraging each other, involving quality in the daily work. With your ability to analyse data, communicate reasons and closely follow up quality parameters you will bring a strong quality voice to the project to enlighten the organisation with feedback on the quality situation. As we are the core plant for wheel loaders it also means to pay attention to hubs (Shippensburg, Pederneiras, Linyi), ensuring wheel loader product quality developed at our core plant, also meets demands in hub plants.
We are looking for you who will bring several years of experience from a similar assignment with skills in quality, sense for accuracy, having strong integrity and a pragmatic approach.

A curious, down to earth person with analytical ability, who can bring different perspectives and have a strong drive to inspire and carry forward your big interest, quality, to others. Having daily interactions with multiple stakeholders, the right candidate also has great people skills, ability to build trusting relationships and feel comfortable with prioritizing. You communicate easily in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
