About the Role
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for new requests from VARS as well as for end customers. You are responsible for driver maintains for 3rd part suppliers.
The role includes leading the planning of development projects, including the interpretation of project specifications in order to successfully plan implementation.
You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication, including engagement of stakeholders in the articulation of business requirements, preparation and delivery of project specific deliverables.

This position is located at our Swedish main office in Kista and reports to Director of Sales-Nordics.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Negotiating with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives, status and deliverables are agreed and resources are allocated and scheduled
• Managing the technical support staff who are responsible for support
• Manage tickets escalated to R&D from the support team
• Manage SLA between Pacom and VARS
• Support meeting with VARS and end customers with issues
• Weekly technical team meeting with VARS
• Prioritize TLAB support efforts
• Providing Nordic detailed market requirements / development requests and corresponding priorities / business case to Product owners
• Aligning, communicating and working collaboratively with product management and R&D

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in providing a consultative approach to the customer for the delivery of quality business applications. This includes face to face interaction with clients.

Proven experience in project planning and scheduling.

Experience in the delivery of software implementation projects.

Proven ability to managing multiple projects concurrently.

Experience of leading a team, providing support and guidance.

Works in a systematic & orderly way.

Ability to discuss & understand technical details.
