The Project Manager will cooperate closely with other functions within the External Relations Team as well as with faculty, program directors and the Student Association (SASSE) throughout the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE). The CR team is led by the Head of Corporate Relations who reports to the Vice President of External Relations and cooperates closely with the President.
As a Project Manager in Corporate Relations, you will work closely with SSE 's Corporate Partners, alumni, internal stakeholders at SSE as well as SASSE. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
• Coordinating the Corporate Partners ' employer-branding initiatives with the Student Association
• Planning and organizing Corporate Partner/student/alumni events, seminars and lectures
• Communicating to students about events, projects and initiatives through the Student Portal and the Career Management System
• Coordinating Corporate Partner skills courses, guest lectures, internships, cases, and projects
• Developing and conceptualizing new initiatives for Corporate Partners together with the Head of Corporate Relations
• Serving as a link between the Corporate Relations team and faculty as well as student representatives
• Other tasks as directed
You will report to the Head of Corporate Relations.

• preferably has previous experience of working with higher education
• has an academic degree in a field relevant to the position
• is a strong network-builder, both internally and externally
• can work effectively as a team member or independently
• has demonstrated project management skills and is strongly motivated with a problem-solving attitude
• has excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Swedish
• is able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• is well organized and detail oriented

Varaktighet, arbetstid
The position is full-time and has conditional tenure (SSE requires a 6-month trial period of employment). Occasional travel and overtime may be required.
