hela Sverige We are looking for a Project Manager Sales Orders with 4-7 years experience to one of our bigger clients in Malmö. The project involves analysis of sales orders and return data, the identification and reporting of inconsistency issues, and the support of the technical and process content areas during issue resolution as part of all cluster rollouts.

Sales Orders Project Initiation Document for cluster rollouts
Sales Orders Project Plan
Regular Sales Orders/ Returns Data inconsistency reports for countries in scope of the cluster rollouts
Progress Status reports against the project planned activities
Responsibilities
Manage the activities and deliverables of the Sales Orders Project delivered as part of the cluster rollouts for the countries in scope of BOT Programme.
Alignment with technical content areas around the solutions needed to be changed or implemented to ensure data consistency
Alignment with process content areas on business processes needed to be changed or implemented to ensure data consistency
Contribute to the design and development of automated sales order data reconciliation tools between SAP and Digital Legacy solutions
Supporting Global Business Operations (GBO) organization with input on errors requiring resolution.
Supporting the rollout management with input into quality of the sales orders data and estimated FTEs for corrective actions, both for go-live preparation and business as usual operations.
Key Competencies
Ownership of project scope assigned and leadership over delivery
Good and focused communication, having the ability to deal directly with key stakeholders in a friendly and highly confident manner
Management of time and effective prioritization of key tasks of the project
Proactive identification, analysis and resolution of key problems impacting the project
Awareness of the organization and values supporting the successful delivery of the project
Key experience
Extensive experience in Project management for large-scale projects having in scope the design and implementation of:
Data analysis, data quality, reporting and/or business intelligence solutions
Data Governance processes and supporting solutions
Coordination of international teams working both remote and on-site
Exposure to multiple industries and good understanding of specific technologies employed in the data space
Management of and interaction with key senior stakeholders from the organizations (e.g. CEO, CFO, CTO, etc.)
Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies
Excellent knowledge in English
