Job description
The Project Manager is the primary customer contact for the brand once an account has been established. This individual is responsible for client satisfaction as well as planning, execution and finalization of projects with the expectation that they are able to consistently provide excellent customer service to global accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality and satisfaction for all parties. In addition, the Project Manager is expected to build relationships with clients to encourage new and expanding business opportunities.

Your main responsibilities
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Directs and manages project development from beginning to end, and coordinates project implementation with other departments domestically and overseas
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards and deliverables are met, and that projects are profitable and aligned with customer expectations
• Anticipates and monitors deviations from the plan or schedule and keeps all participants and stakeholders informed
• Understands and articulates the details of BillerudKorsnäs' service offerings to the client throughout each project
• Analyzes historical customer order patterns to help develop pricing recommendations
• Provide exceptional communication of project related information (project status, expectations, and deliverables) to internal global departments, external vendors and customers
• Responsible for partnering closely with global sales and project teams on all customer communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables once account is sold.
• Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing any of the key global stakeholders (sales, tech services, client, etc.) of any problems that may arise
• Proactively creates open lines of communication with project teams in Asia to ensure the success of project handoff and implementation phase and to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
Qualifications
• Prior professional work experience with a global company
• Background in supply chain management, packaging and/or print production
• 5+ years of project management or other related experience
• Prior experience utilizing project management techniques and tools
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) as well as project management programs
• Excellent skills in English, both written and spoken

• Ability to come up with creative solutions to problems
