If so, we think that you are our new Technical Project Manager.
As a Project Manager you get the opportunity to have the full picture of the project. It's a position where you get to use your skills in communication since your main task is to coordinate between suppliers, purchase and the team members in the project. The goal is to lead, organize and keep it all together for the best result. You are making time plans and ensuring that everyone in the project works together with the right quality and at the right time. Our projects take place within the electrical field and together we are electrifying the world.
You and your skills
We are looking for both junior and senior Project Managers. You can either be a mechatronic, electronic, and a mechanical engineer that wants to take the next step from technique to a leadership role or someone that has several years experience of project management.
For a junior Project Manager role you have the following skills and experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mechanical /Mechatronic/ Electronics/Electrical Engineering)
• 1-3 years of experience with engineering work or/ and technical project management (Electrical systems, Wire harness, Battery systems, HVDC, Energy, Defence etc)
• Have a positive and open attitude with the ability to assess different technical solutions
• Confident in the way you communicate with people that have different experiences, backgrounds, personalities, cultures
• Have a trek record being structured and orderly
• Great self-discipline and a natural talent for making things happen.
• Proficient oral & written communications skills in English. Swedish, or willingness to educate yourself in Swedish, is a big +
As a senior project manager you most likely also have:
• 5 + years of experience in Technical Project Management, Agile, financial knowledge (budgeting, cost, resources etc.)
• Visual planning and agile PM tools
• Experience from managing cross-functional teams
• Current or previous experience within Mechanical or Electrical product development
