hela Sverige We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD). The division has its headquarters in Uppsala and develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. With 1,600 employees worldwide, IDD is the global leader in in-vitro allergy diagnostics and also the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics.
THE ROLE
In this role, you will be joining the Production Engineering Department, a team that consists of approximately 20 people, all with a high level of technical competency. Your responsibilities will lie mainly in driving and delivering investment projects focused on increasing production capacity and efficiency within Global Operations at our Uppsala site, which is the Centre of Excellence for Allergy test production. You will lead a range of technical projects, including cross-functional teams and will be accountable for project delivery, leading allocated team members and managing the budgets.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To succeed in this role you should have a technical, industrial or machine related University degree and several years of experience from a similar role within a regulated industry. You will ideally have PMI certification and documented experience of leading projects.
You are a driven leader who motivates their team and ensures that the projects move forwards. Being curious and learning fast will allow you to adapt to our constantly changing environment. Working both in teams and independently is something that comes naturally to you, as is thinking analytically and problem solving.
Your genuine interest in engineering is key to enjoying this role, and you are used to driving both your own and others' work forwards, in a structured and organised manner. Strong communication skills and being able to work cross-functionally are key for this role.
Our work follows regulations and standards for medical device and diagnostics production, which means you as a Project Manager must be used to handling requirements and documents and always aiming for the highest quality.
As our corporate language is English but most of your daily work will be in Swedish, you should be fluent in both languages.
