Job Description
Stora Enso Sourcing and Logistics is looking for a Project Manager, European Liner System. The role is key in leading the European Liner System Network forward in developing and securing cost leading operations and utilization of sourced assets / services. With a strong analytical skill, sourcing and project experience and good understanding of stakeholder interaction, the Project manager will take a proactive approach in reviewing current systems and procedures, making recommendations and implementing changes.
The position is reporting to Director European Liner System and be a part of European Liner System team. For the right candidate this an exceptional opportunity to join a diverse team of experts operating in a dynamic environment and develop a tailored and unique shipping system to its next generation.
Main responsibilities are:
* Actively identify areas for improvement, propose and implement changes necessary to secure targets for the Shipping System and management of associated risks. Participate and structure processes for interacting with supply chain stakeholders to obtain data and follow-up on performance.
* Responsibility to prepare and drive improvement projects related to external sales, and sourcing activities such as ship operations, ship management, stevedoring and associated services.
* Participate actively in and prepare for supplier negotiation and development projects of mentioned sourced services.
* Emphasis is put on developing processes and tools for increasing efficiency and value addition within given field and measurement of performance. Develop and maintain KPIS for European Liner System Network internal operational performance as well as supplier performance including sustainability.
* Standardize collection of data effecting the performance of European Liner System Network including external enablers and market trends.
* Enables deep performance understanding through developed indicators throughout the European Liner System Network and towards stakeholders.
Qualifications
We are looking for a courageous, result and action oriented Project Manager, who has:
* Strong leadership and change management skills.
* Ability to Inspire and Motivate
* Solid analytical skills
* Proactive, result oriented, willing to take initiative and responsibility
* Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
* Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or economics/finance
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences
