The role
As Technical Project Manager at FlexLink, you will lead global customer projects in which material handling solutions and palletizing systems for industrial automation are delivered. This role will be part of an experienced and dedicated team based at FlexLink's headquarters in Gothenburg and we are now seeking a committed and collaborative colleague who wants to join us in growing this organization.
You will:
Maintain and develop customer relation through the project, customers can be external or internal
Be responsible for design and functionality, realized and delivered according to schedule and cost. Proactively control cost and risk.
Support/do conceptual design in quotation/pre-study phase, including cost-estimations
Have the project lead of the realization/customization of design and functionality in project phase
Work in a global role with the opportunity to travel
This is you
We believe that you have a higher education in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Automation (or equal). We also believe that you have:
3-4 years experience of mechanical design or controls engineering for industrial automation
Experience of project results; cost-control, negotiations, scheduling and risk management
Experience in the robotics industry is a strong plus
Fluent English in both writing and speech
Experience of design work with CAD tools and / or PLC and robot programming
Being able to travel globally to customers as well as to our own workshops.
