hela Sverige We are hiring a Project manager to the Group Technical organisation of one of our clients to manage product development project, co-operations with partners in development projects and general improvement projects.
Our client is increasing the speed of development and need experienced project managers to secure a successful delivery of several parallel development projects. It is part of our strategy to further strengthening our project execution abilities and to cooperate much more between different group companies to do more common development.
In this position, you will:
Manage projects that are within the area of group technical organisation;
All projects are managed using our project management model - which is an adaptation of PMI model.
Product development projects focusing on our common AHU platform Geniox:
Assisting project management is part of the role for bigger and very complex projects also to get a good introduction
Improvement projects
Organizational change and development projects
Process development of our product development processes and improvement of "How-To".
Training development supporting our areas of responsibility in the technical organization, like product compliance, sustainability, Quality improvement projects.
About you
We are looking for someone with the following profile:
3-5 years of Experience from HVAC business
History of successfully managed projects - preferably in HVAC as well as other projects
Experience from Systemair products
International experience
Fluent in English, writing and speaking
Swedish speaking or willingness to learn Swedish
Mechanical engineer or similar with university degree
Analytical and a fast learner
