• You have 5+ years' experience in managing both technical development teams, aligning with Product owners and working with change management.
• You have some kind of certification in project management such as PMI, Prince, Scrum Master etc.
• You have experience from managing delivery in projects with an agile approach, preferably Certified Scrum Master.
• You have experience from working as Project Manager in global companies.
• You have experience from leading projects with both internal and external parties involved.
• You are fluent in English, both oral and written.
Job Description
On behalf of our client who is a leading global home appliances company we are now looking for a Project Manager implementation of product range & catalogue management tool! The increased sales through our clients eCommerce channels, combined with a need to improve their market responsiveness and manage more complex offerings, has led to a need to implement a new solution for range and catalogue management. A pre study has been completed earlier in 2022 and the desired to-be solution has been decided, offering more scalability and business agility as well as more robust integration with the IT landscape. The solution is built on IT systems already in the clients IT landscape, but it also involves custom development.
It is the Project Managers mission to run the development and implementation project for Europe. Leading this project means representing our client supplier 's development team, in-house technical teams, managing dependencies to other projects out of the program and continuously following up on progress and costs towards a tough time plan.
One key challenge in this project is to manage the project through excellent change management and communication skills which will help the project to deliver on its objectives as it is a combination of working with internal as well as external teams.
The project is to be run according to standard project management approach integrated with our clients structure as set by their PMO. You will report operationally to the steering group, the program manager and to Head of Transformation Office.

You as a Project Manager has left trail of successful implementations and rollout projects behind you and come highly recommended. Proven experience of building a strong collaborative project team across multi locations and interacting with different cultures is a necessity.
Salary
Salary as agreed.
Admission and Application
Full time position and office hours with the possibility to work remote, within Sweden. The assignment is expected to start 2023-01-16 and is expected to run until 2023-10-15, with chance for extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our client in Stockholm city. Last day of application is 2023-01-12.
