Responsibility:
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to work in Finland and Sweden. This is a key customer facing role and you will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects to customers, ensuring a successful outcome. Managing projects from start to finish you will coordinate resources, liaise with members of the project team and work closely with the customer to ensure the final solution meets their requirements.
Requirements:
• To succeed in this role the candidate should possess:
• 7-10 years of working experience in IT industry
• 4-5 years of working experience in project management and
team management proven skills in project management - methodologies
• understanding of software development methodologies (familiar with RUP and agile)
• good knowledge of present-day software technologies
• perfect in preparing and running meetings with senior - management and stakeholders
• perfect presentation skills
• ability to understand customer business processes and business needs
• ability to manage multiple development teams from remote
• ability to track project milestones and deliverables
• experience and practical skills in managing risks
• ability to proactively manage changes in project scope, identify - potential crises, and devise contingency plans
