The team - Charging and Infrastructure Solution - C&IS
We are a function within Volvo Energy where we develop Battery Electric Vehicle/Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles Charging and infrastructure solutions in conjunction with Business Area's and partners. We work by lobbying and advocacy, legislation monitoring, charging infrastructure partnerships and associations to create and accelerate industry standardization and roll-out for charging.

We jointly simplify the electrification transformation for our customers and the society as well as accelerate the journey towards 100% fossil free and in doing so, support Volvo Group's sustainability target.

What you will do
We are now looking a Turnkey Charging Solution Project Manager, covering the full scope of Charging and Infrastructure solutions. In this role you and your colleague will establish and maintain a Charging and Infrastructure portfolio for home-depot charging. You will work in close cooperation with Volvo Group colleagues.

Additional responsibilities will include among others:
* Enhance & implement structured approaches for delivering turnkey charging solution projects on sites globally as an important part of the BEV sales process
* Manage projects end-to-end, from customer needs analysis to solution design, installation, commissioning and hand-over to customer
* Based on a structured customer needs analysis, prepare and present turnkey charging proposals and offers
* Build & manage relationships with customer, local sales organizations, hardware suppliers, installation-, construction and maintenance partners
* Be part of commercial crew, led by the sales organization, to support turnkey charging solutions in the market
* Drive excellence in product- and project management within the area of charging solution analysis

Your background:
• Background in the commercial vehicle industry, energy sector, construction or charging infrastructure
• Knowledge of infrastructure/construction project delivery is valuable
• Experience in project management meaning initiation, planning, execution & controlling and closing
• Skilled in developing frameworks, processes, and strategic roadmaps
• Relevant university degree in either engineering, construction sector, business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)

The location for this position will be CampX, Gothenburg, Sweden.
