Job description
Your overall mission as Main Project Leader in the Rocvolt team is to lead projects delivering world class zero emission solutions and adjacent services, in close cooperation with the rest of the Rocvolt team as well as other stakeholders - domestic and international.
In this role you will oversee some of the projects based on Epiroc's sustainability targets and electrification strategy and be the one who lead the progress and completion, ensuring that they meet the expectations. The initiatives are often cross-divisional, cross-functional and global, both internal and with partners. An important part of the job as project leader is to create a team spirit and engagement across the board.
This role provides a stellar opportunity to gain experience in global strategic activities as a project leader for growth opportunities at a pivotal time in Epiroc's development journey.
Your profile
We are looking for a Main Project Leader with at least three years of experience from leading complex projects from idea to launch. Since we are a big global company, we see that you have worked in interdisciplinary-, cross-functional- and global teams and have experience in product- and technology development or business development.
As a person we see you as a good communicator that can influence stakeholders and inspire the project team. You like solving problems and think according to our vision: "Dare to think new".
Location and travel
This position is preferably located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
