ChromaWay AB is looking for a mid-level project coordinator to run & be part of different web projects. The job is based in the heart of Stockholm, Sweden.
You will be part of various web projects ranging from e-learning to digital community projects. The role involves building solutions as part of portfolio management team, financial modelling and forecasting as part of business and finance team, collecting and analyzing data as part of DAO team and community building around our projects in our platforms.
You will work closely with and be part of the finance, project portfolio management, business and DAO (decentralized autonomous organizations) teams to deliver budgets, roadmaps and portfolio management solution, as well as providing insights about the economics of DAO project, both for internal and external stakeholders.

About you
As a person, you are self-driven, service-minded, and know-how to prioritize your time well. You take ownership of your projects and see them from start to delivery. You have a strong personal and analytical drive with practical capabilities. Furthermore, you have the drive to learn new things and like to work on finding new solutions at the current edge of technology.
Key responsibilities:
High involvement in creation of project portfolio solution to showcase the current state of each project and the company.
Working with finance and business team to assist with forecasting and budgeting.
Analysing financial information relating to specific projects, as part of setting the KPIs.
Proposing financial modelling and projection when necessary.
Interacting with key stakeholders in identifying business needs.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate and improve the understanding of DAO economics.
Skills and requirements:
Must possess a bachelor's degree in business or finance. A master's degree in business or management will be an added advantage
A CFA level certification or at an advanced stage of completion
2-3 year experience in the field of finance and asset management. Experience in blockchain-specific fields like cryptography, smart contracts, and complex data structures would be an added advantage.
Should possess business planning skills including financial modeling and budgeting.
Should have a proven ability to achieve and surpass targets.
Has work experience with G-suit Google Workspace, Discord (Slack or Zulip experience is equivalent) & web project tools (Trello or Jira etc.)
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent command of English language

Has a genuine interest in blockchain and its impact on society.
Self-driven and curious
Can handle stress
