hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Gems Pet i Uppsala We are seeking a Project and Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You will lead a cross-functional/multi-disciplinary team of Project Leaders and their respective project teams for a large internal project program to deliver project objectives to the business.
Essential Responsibilities:
In your role you will drive clarity by prioritizing the work, define critical success factors and deliverables for the team. In addition, you will work together with the business and core teams to manage project risks, deliver quality and impactful business results, within budget. Your responsibilities will include:
• Overall responsibility for the internal project program success and impact on the overall business strategy
• Creates and ensures effective and efficient communication across business functions; motivate and energize the team through your leadership
• Be part of our Leadership team to drive project direction
• Leads cross-functional and multi-disciplinary project planning supporting multi-generational projects to support the business strategy
• Work as an equal partner with the internal Business Sponsor to deliver internal project results relating to tools, process, systems, structures, compliance, people development, and other non-product related objectives
• Solve complex and ambiguous problems leading the strategic and forward-thinking program execution including concept discussion, program execution, rollout, training, pilot trials, and successful delivery to the business demonstrates ability to work at transparently at the business level
• Work with customers to solicit input and feedback to meet quality and customer expectations
• Understand and openly support all functional goals
• Provide mentoring and coaching to develop cross-functional project leadership talent
• Provides expert guidance and support to the program organization in various technical/functional aspects
• Create and support the stewardship of intellectual property with appropriate security of project documentation

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably within electronics, mechanics and/or software from an accredited university or college.
• Leadership or consulting experience in the areas of manufacturing and product development.
Desired Characteristics:
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large and complex change projects and programs.
• Strong commercial and business acumen and interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills.
• Comfortable in dealing with conflict and conflicting priorities as well as negotiations.
• Personally, drive to achieve results.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in customer service areas and strong oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
• Project Management certification.
