Safegate is currently seeking Product specialists to our Headquarter in Malmö. You will be working together with the Product Leader within one of the product areas Airfield Lightning systems, Infrastructure or Gate Systems.
Job description:
As a Product Specialist at Safegate you will be responsible for the daily technical support and secure the information flow to our internal organization and act as a link between our various units. As a Product Specialist you will lead maintenance projects and support major projects with your in-depth technical knowledge. You will work both theoretical as well as practical. The position also includes that you will hold trainings related to your product for both internal staff and customers. You will work closely with the Product Leader but are also expected to be able to work independently. Within the commitments the role will require a flexibility to travel.
Qualities:
We are looking for a person with a big interest in technology. It is beneficial if you are not only a theoretical person but can also address problems in a hands-on manner. You are a social and flexible person with lots of initiative, can easily adapt to new tasks and sudden changes. You are not afraid to help out where needed and put no prestige in tasks.
Education/Experience:
We expect you to have at least a Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent with at least three years of working experience. It's meritorious if you have experience from customer relations, project management or other goal oriented positions as well as experience from general electronic HW design. You must be able to look at the details without losing sight of the big picture.
For this role it is a requirement that you speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
