hela Sverige At IKEA, you're welcome no matter where you come from, what you believe, and what you look like. We don't even care how you have furnished your home. We're interested in you simply because you're you. Our different views, backgrounds, and personalities make us better understand our customers, give us more fun at work and spark more and better ideas. Perhaps your unique take on something could lead to a great idea that creates a better everyday life for the many people.
We are on a journey to create a new IKEA. An IKEA that is more affordable, accessible, and sustainable, and that lives up to our vision of "creating a better everyday life for the many people". As a part of that, we want to create a seamless and integrated employee experience by bringing easy access to corporate information in several ways and touchpoints.
To achieve this, we need to strengthen our Digital People Domain and we are looking for a Product Specialist to join our Internal Communication product team. As we are on a journey you will have the possibility to influence the journey, we have ahead of us. One of our strategic movements is to provide an integrated, seamless, and personalized employment experience.
As a Product Specialist you will be a key player to the team from many perspectives. You will support the Product Owner in setting tactical direction and goals for the products we create. You will also be an active leader within the team to make sure we reach the goals we set out to reach. This can be both within the team and relation to driving the change and adoption. Previous experience on how to deliver digital products from start to finish and measure the results is a must.
To be successful we believe you have proven experience from similar roles, where you have obtained skills in working with digital product development. In addition to experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up, proven analytical skills and experience in understanding complex contexts with the ability to implement the product vision are crucial. We believe you have strong communication and collaboration skills and abilities to partner with business- as well as technical stakeholders. Furthermore, you should have strong business and technology understanding.
Other qualifications we are looking for:
Long experience from implementation of similar solutions
Measure, analyze and report on the performance of the Digital Products against business goals and KPIs
Support the product owner in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights
To develop extensive knowledge of the stakeholders' needs and interpret and share that knowledge with the product team, providing context, as needed to ensure what they develop and deliver what is expected
You are self-motivated with a strong focus on delivery of user value
Driven, but with a collaborative mindset meaning you don't win, unless your team wins
Well organized with great attention to detail
Preferably knowledge of the OKR framework (Objectives & Key Results)
Willingness to travel - to a certain extent and as conditions allow
Excellent communicator in English
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
You will take a key role in implementation of innovative digital products contributing to our business goals alongside other dedicated colleagues. Key activities to achieve this will be to stay close to market and trends to understand and capture needs. You will have close collaboration within our digital product teams, with other Product Specialists, with the technology team, as well as with global and country business stakeholders.
TOGETHER AS A TEAM
We are just now building an amazing team to deliver on our overall transformation goals.
In this position you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to create our new reality and start a new era in the entire People Domain.
Studies show that members of underrepresented communities don't apply for jobs unless they're 100% "qualified". If this is part of the reason you hesitate to apply, we would like you to reconsider and give it a chance. Maybe your profile fits our needs much better than you think. We look forward to receiving your application.
