Role Summary/Purpose

We are recruiting a Product Sales Specialist to the Surgery Imaging segment. This segment includes mobile imaging systems and its integrated related solutions to be able to secure complete installations at hospitals and private institutions in the Nordics. You will belong to a dynamic team with a commercial mission in the region. You will be responsible for driving commercial transformation and sales within the region and in close cooperation with Account Managers to reach the defined targets.

Essential Responsibilities

GE Healthcare see 's the Surgery Imaging segment as one of the most important growth areas in the coming 3 years, and has high priority within the Nordic Diagnostic Imaging sales organization.

• Maximize orders and sales, margin, market share customer satisfaction within the Surgery Imaging segment in specified area of responsibility.
• Identify and qualify leads/opportunities. Coordinate approach with total Imaging team.
• Determine sales Strategy, developing Winning GE answer.
• Demonstrate GE Surgery Imaging Solution , including technical and clinical benefits.
• Own configuration quality at Order entry, ensure customer acceptance and satisfaction at delivery.
• Prepare and co-ordinate the tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with the Surgery Imaging segment team.
• Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service/education team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues.
• Generate, record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers.
• Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Business Acumen and strong commercial skills.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of surgical imaging.
• Project management capabilities.
• Must be a team player with understanding and willingness to help out in the team's common responsibilities.
• Fluent English and one or more of the following languages: Norwegian/Swedish/Danish and/or Finnish.
• Driving license Level B.
• EU Work permit.
• Flexibility for substantial travelling.

Desired Characteristics

• Documented sales experience of fast growing business of capital equipment related to Imaging or Surgical equipment.
• Knowledge of clinical needs in one of more of the following clinical areas: vascular intervention and surgery, gastro intervention, orthopedic surgery including spine and/or cardiac interventional procedures.
• Knowledge in radiological clinical image quality and understanding of radiation dose and it's impact on image quality.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms.
• Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations.
