hela Sverige Are you ready to lead the way in building, driving, and shaping the future of product portfolio and configuration management? At Quintus, we are seeking a Product Portfolio Configuration Lead who will play a central role in establishing and evolving the processes that ensure our product portfolio meet the highest standards throughout its lifecycle. You will work in a cross-functional environment and collaborate closely with our engineering, procurement, the inventory and workshop planner and product management to ensure efficiency and streamlined processes.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Build, develop, and implement long-term CM strategies, baselines, product portfolio structures, and comprehensive documentation plans.
Play a key role in the development and governance of the Product Change Control Board, ensuring a value-driven and controlled change management process.
Drive the release planning process in collaboration with Product Managers, ensuring that market needs, production activities, and inventory optimization are considered.
Support the development of modularization across the product portfolio.
Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless configuration management throughout the product lifecycle, while promoting best practices and ensuring process adherence across the organization.
Take an active part in evaluating and prioritizing change proposals of the product portfolio
Define and track measures of standardization and productification.
Who are we looking for?
We're seeking a Product Portfolio Configuration Lead who thrives on building and shaping a new area in Product Management, with a passion for industrial products and a proven ability to manage product development, change control, and standardization. You'll need a strong grasp of CM tools, methodologies, and processes, along with excellent technical understanding, you must enjoy to deep dive and grasp technical specifications, drawings and solutions.
In this role, you'll work closely with various departments, so your ability to communicate effectively, collaborate, and lead discussions will be key. We're looking for someone who enjoys driving initiatives, shaping processes, and working hands-on with others. A humble, approachable personality, combined with the ability to see things from different perspectives, is essential. While strategic thinking is critical, you should also be comfortable managing the operational aspects of day-to-day projects and pushing for long-term improvements.
