Description
The client is looking for a Product Owner for a team at the heart of the design process.
You will get the opportunity to work in a dynamic & creative Product Area at the heart of the client's Business Idea where they co-create the agenda and contribute to the Groups objectives by providing great solutions for the Product Design & Development process.
You will work in a cross functional team with engineers & business experts to make sure that we empower our organization with the right solutions in every step of the design process as a part of the product development cycle. Business value and end user focus is on top of our mind to accelerate our company's strengths and focuses such as creativity, craftmanship, sustainability and effectiveness. The product team works closely with a broad network of stakeholders and many other product teams to collaborate, understand and deliver the best solutions for the company. The product team has end to end responsibility of the solutions: from ideation through to operation.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Experience as a Product Owner
• Knowledge and experience of agile methods such as scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Experience from delivering tech solutions from ideas and requirements, to implementation, delivery and maintenance.
• Experience from working with vendors and COTS such as Adobe or other CAD tools
• Knowledge of Product Design Process & tools (e.g. Adobe)
• Worked with tools such as JIRA and confluence
• Ability to understand and analyse complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
• Ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors
• Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
