We are constantly growing and are now looking for experienced product owners ready to join our DEK-family in one of our IMS project. As a product owner at DEK Technologies, you work as the bridge between our customers and two of our cross-functional teams. You are responsible for gathering customers' requirements, breaking down demands into tasks, estimating time and helping both the customer and the teams towards a successful outcome. Furthermore, you are responsible for prioritizing the team backlog/tasks as per the customer needs and proactively analyzing the upcoming risks in the product area(s).
Key qualifications for the position:
• Previous experience as a Product Owner of cross functional teams
• Experience in Telecom domain
• Strong background within programming and good understanding of the technical aspects
• Extensive experience in Software development life cycle
• Proven ability in leading technical discussions and planning
• A deep understanding of agile methodologies and ways of working
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
Experience in IMS is an added advantage. If you are fluent in Swedish it is also seen as positive.

You are a team player with great communication skills who is familiar with setting up processes and creating structure. At the same time, you are technically skilled and passionate about bringing value to our customers. Furthermore, you are strong in planning, prioritizing and execution of feature/maintenance deliveries. You enjoy driving progress and are willing to take the necessary decisions needed to get result. Since we are a flat organization working according to Agile methods, we expect you to be self-motivated with the ability to organize your daily work.
