We are looking for three incredible persons who have a mix of digital competencies and a versatile toolbox with a passion for being a digital Product Owner. Overall, you will be responsible for the digital product backlog, roadmap, and vision within the Productivity area. Within the productivity area we work to optimize customer sites, such as mining, construction and infrastructure supported by digital products. This means that you will work with stakeholders and product team to optimize the added value in the digital products. You will apply your expertise to work with agile mindset and ensure we deliver efficiently and frequently with premium quality. Collaboration is the key to success and hence you focus on communication, info sharing i.e., through storytelling, through sprint demos, doing retrospectives and by having an open dialog cross-functionally. It is important to find solutions to complex customer problems and to think outside of the box, hence we need to be innovative and be willing to explore. Furthermore, you are eager to be part of and accelerate the digital product development journey in Volvo CE.
Who are you?
If your previous roles have been either a digital Product Owner, Business Analyst, Developer, then you might have the right background for this position.
We believe that you have a strong business mind, great technical understanding and that you are passionate about customer needs from a software development point of view. Since you will work with stakeholders to collect input for the product backlog, structure it and channel it to your team we see that you have the ability to offer feedback and coach the team and individuals in their ongoing development. We also believe that you will provide context, storytelling, support and guidance as the team works toward business objectives - you want to inspire, not merely direct.
Required knowledge and experiences:
lead overall product development including setup of product strategy and vision/roadmap
design product to strategically fit end user needs
develop feature kits and user stories based on joint understanding of user personas and stories
provide thorough analysis and insights of market, technology and product trends
creating achievable goals and seeing them come to fruition
