Your main responsibility is to gather, contribute, and consolidate business needs, and develop a conceptual vision of the product. You will work together with a talented, diverse group of people mainly based in Gothenburg, Amsterdam and Barcelona, and you will report to the Head of Customer Engagement Platform, based in Gothenburg.

We are a start-up, with the possibility and challenges that comes with that. It means that things can change quickly here, and we believe that you enjoy that type of environment. You will join a small but awesome team who expect you to work independently but also to use your superpowers to help others. Did we mention that the team is partly remote? Of course, you know how deal with that in an effective way!

The position can be based in Gothenburg, Amsterdam or Mastricht and includes EU wide responsibility hence can require occasional travel.

What you'll do

In this role you will gather, contribute, and consolidate business needs, and develop a conceptual vision of the product having in mind the Dynamics 365 capabilities and limitations. You will capture and detail the product roadmap in the form of Features considering how Dynamics 365 can help to address the business needs, and propose a high-level design for each feature considering the Dynamics 365 capabilities.

Furthermore you will:

• Define Product business go-live strategy (data migration strategy, phased rollouts per market, ...)
• Have a close relationship with business stakeholders to managed expectations on features and timeline
• Continuously decide on feature priorities, timeline, and quality based on shifting needs and ongoing feedback. Negotiate and agree on trade-offs in the features
• Identify the team skills required to deliver the product roadmap, and estimate effort
• Own the product vision and work closely with the Development team acting as a Business advocate
• Ensure business availability for user acceptance tests, and business sign-off of the Product
• Be a change manager to successfully drive the Business to the correct adoption of the product by being a product evangelist, ensuring a constant communication, and by training the trainers
• Secure business go-live
• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from idea to business adoption following an agile methodology

What you should have

• Must have experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement related app (such as Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, etc)

• Must have experience defining high level solutions considering Dynamics 365 standard capabilities and limitations
• Must have experience of converting a conceptual product view into Feature and User Stories
• Must have experience of working with Azure DevOps backlog management
• Masters student in Computer Science, Business Information Management or Business
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written), but other language skills are also appreciated and welcomed
• Enjoy getting your hands dirty and make things happening
• Organized and good at structuring your work... even in an ever-evolving environment
• Effective at collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization
• Sensitive to cultural differences and enjoy working in an international atmosphere
• Dying to do things differently and ready to change mobility forever

You think creatively and thrive in an always-changing, fast-paced, high-pressure, and deadline-driven work environment. We also believe that you are an unflappable self-starter who uses good judgment and quickly builds trust with partners.

What we offer

Sure, we have all the basics in place like pension and insurances, wellness allowance, and flexibility in where and when you work. But that's not the reason you choose us... You want to work with us because you will:

• Be part of a global and diverse team, with teammates from over 26 countries and a 50/50 gender split
• Be part of a fun work culture with high team spirit. People really enjoy their teams and get along well with their teammates. There's a running club if you're into that sort of thing, Mario Kart tournaments, lunch dance sessions, after work get together etc.
• Be part of creating something new that has never been done before. The pace is fast and it is never boring!
• Get the best of both worlds: a start-up atmosphere with the support of an established organization
• Make a difference. We're a lean team with a flat hierarchy, so every contribution has a direct impact

Working for Lynk & Co

We're not into strict hierarchy, but we do like collaboration, creativity, and people who challenge norms. We've cultivated a culture of personal development and role growth. If you're an original thinker who values being open, personal, and challenging, then you'll fit right in. In general, we think that imagination is just as important as expertise, and instinct can be as valuable as experience.

Sounds good? Well, then we want to hear from you.
