We are looking for an engaged and forward-leaning Product Owner to join our team Customer Service Operations Support. What you'll do

As a Product Owner you will work in cross-functional team with a mission to deliver an excellent experience for our customers. Your main responsibility will be setting the strategy, product vision and roadmap for your area and to follow through on set plans and progress throughout the company. A key part of the product owner role is to be on top of customer and stakeholder needs and to use this knowledge to make the right prioritizations and constantly improve and develop the product to further improve the experience for our customers. You will be a part of the Customer Service organization, but also work closely with the IT department as well as Product & Business Management.

Your key responsibilities
* Manage & prioritize the backlog for your products
* Optimize and follow up the performance and report to stakeholders
* Develop, own, and communicate the product vision and product roadmap
* Ensure that the product priorities are well aligned with overall company ambitions and targets
* Work in an agile setting together with the agile team leads
* Be a key driver of Telenor Sweden's digital strategy
* Empower close collaboration between development team and commercial team and ensure that we use customer and stakeholder feedback to prioritize and optimize with a data-driven approach

Who are you

You are a forward leaning, structured and strong team player with an agile mindset. You can break down strategic ambition, customer needs and business targets into team deliveries. You thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment and you are comfortable managing stakeholders and facilitate decision making. As you will be working closely with front-end developers, tech leads and solution architects as well as business managers you will need to have an interest and understanding for both technology and the business.

Seeing the big picture and understanding the strategies and priorities of the business is easy for you, and you apply this knowledge to achieve Telenor's objectives through your team. Your work is characterized by a data-driven approach in combination with laser focus on delivering value to the customer. As we work in a challenging environment with a high pace, you need to be able to make quick prioritizations and delegate responsibility to your teams. You like to see results in the day-to-day work, but you are also able to think long-term.

We expect you to have:
* Experience from a product management role or similar
* Experience from working in an agile environment.
* Knowledge and experience in digital development with the customer in focus.
