What's in it for you?
The Continuous Integration Infrastructure Teams work with implementing CI/CD pipeline at Volvo Cars. These cross-functional teams are responsible for develop and manage the complete vehicle CI-Flow, which include many different areas and tools that need to be combined and developed such as Visualization Tool of the CI pipeline (which is also delivered to all organizations at VCC). It also includes tools that create Software baselines and Combine Tools that perform software download on rigs. The team also coordinates/distributes test suits on multiple of rigs, develop Test Framework, setup & manage IT infrastructure and support other organizations to implement CI-flow and mindset.
What you'll do
You will lead two cross-functional teams as the Product Owner according to the agile way of working, were you are responsible for the backlog contents and prioritization. You will also be Product Owner of an in-house software solution, "Test Framework", which will be delivered to different departments within VCC. As Product Owner, you have the overall responsible for the core development of the Test Framework. You will communicate directly with stakeholders in the organization and ensure that the Test Framework is aligned with the test strategies and the requirements from the organization.
Do you fit the profile?
We believe you have several years of experience in Software Development and experience from working as Technical Lead, Product Owner or Scrum Master in an agile organization. You have a good ability to work in teams and we want you to be proactive, creative and are able to take responsibility and drive things forward.
It is meritorious if you have experience from implementing Continuous Integration Infrastructure, experience from automatic test development or knowledge in Python, Robot Framework, JavaScript, Jira or Confluence.
