About the role
As a Product Manager at Web Manuals, you will take full ownership of a defined product area. Your mission is to build a deep understanding of user needs and use cases, translate them into clear priorities, and drive development that strengthens customer value and market fit. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Success, Commercial, and Marketing to ensure that the product area evolves in line with strategy, quality standards, and release readiness. This role includes a Content Services addendum, where you will lead, maintain, and continuously improve Content Transfer operations and related product capabilities, ensuring high-quality delivery and increased internal productivity.
Your key responsibilities
Own and manage your product area end-to-end, ensuring a complete understanding of all use cases and user journeys.
Continuously gather insights from stakeholders, customers, and prospects to maintain a strong user and market perspective.
Participate in customer and prospect meetings to validate needs and identify opportunities for product improvement..
Prioritize the feature roadmap and implementation list for the product area, balancing customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Act as a project manager for initiatives involving your product area, driving progress, defining milestones with Engineering, and ensuring delivery meets expected SLC standards.
Be closely involved in testing and validating new builds and releases connected to your product area.
Lead Content Transfer project management and maintain a global overview of ongoing transfers and resource alignment.
Lead and support Content Transfer personnel in day-to-day work, ensuring clarity in priorities, expectations, and delivery standards.
Resource planning and designation.
Coach and develop team members through continuous feedback, knowledge sharing, and structured onboarding.
Identify capability gaps and drive training initiatives to strengthen team performance and scalability.
Ensure a healthy and sustainable workload distribution and act early on risks impacting delivery capacity or quality.
Manage reporting and follow-up for Content Transfer performance and backlog.

What we're looking for
Proven experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar role in a SaaS or tech environment.
Experience leading, coordinating, or mentoring team members.
Strong ability to understand complex user needs and translate them into clear, prioritized requirements.
Hands-on experience working with backlogs, roadmaps, and agile development teams.
Confidence in driving cross-functional projects from idea to release.
Experience writing high-quality JIRA tickets/epics and keeping a lean, well-structured backlog.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a high bar for quality and documentation.

It's also a plus if you have:
Experience in process ownership and operational improvement.
Background in content operations or quality assurance workflows.
Experience working closely with enterprise customers in regulated or safety-critical industries.
Familiarity with product documentation practices.
