As a Product Manager for the Service Center in Energy Industries Sweden, you will be overall responsible for the part service portfolio for Control Products. To be successful in this position you need ability to collaborate both internally and externally. With a strong drive and structured approach, you make things happen.
This position reports to Service Center Manager.
Your responsibilities
Develop and maintain Control Products service portfolio
Identify potential gaps in portfolio, both against competition, and new market opportunity
Technical and sales support for the HUB, PG and sales teams
Own and maintain product data
Participate in product development projects to help define service requirements
Your background
We think that you have an engineering degree from university or similar or experience as a Project Manager where you have a great interest in technical solutions, digitalization, business developement and maintenance developement
It is also good if you have experience in working with service and maintenance in industrial environment
It is an advantage if you have previously worked with ABB products 800xA and Advant
Preferably knowledge within SAP/OMS environment and Excel
You are solution-oriented, self-driven and curious
You have a good sense of ownership in your tasks and are able to work both independently as well as in a team
You are a social person and can naturally build strong relations to customers
Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to plan and organize the work
Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
