Get an idea of the role
As Product Manager, you will work directly with a cross-functional development team that is enabled to solve customer and business problems. You are primarily accountable for ensuring the solution is valuable for the customer and our business.
Our cross-functional development teams are empowered to develop effective solutions that are: valuable (our customers choose to buy or use them), viable (the solution works within the business's many constraints), usable (the user can figure out how to use it), and feasible (our engineers have the skills and technology to implement them).
You will evaluate opportunities and decide what gets built for customers. In other words, you ensure that what goes into the team's product backlog is worth building. This means the Product Manager also acts as the team's product owner.
On a personal level
You have:
The ability to build constructive, collaborative relationships with engineers, designers, and company leaders.
A good understanding of end-to-end product ownership, ensuring both customer and business value across the product lifecycle.
Communication skills that inspire trust and clarity, enabling you to convey complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Profile experience
University degree or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques and methods.
Previous experience working on technology-powered products as a product manager, product owner, or equivalent.
Fluent in English.
The assignment
Location: Helsingborg, Malmö, or Stockholm. Hybrid working policy (onsite expected 3 days).
If not located in Helsingborg, this person is expected to travel to Helsingborg at least every other week.
