To our client we are now looking for a Product Manager! Our client is looking for someone with experience from a similar role or as a CTO from a start-up or scale-up to be responsible for the definition of and driving the product vision and strategy. To thrive in the role you have a strategic attitude and are very familiar with the application of technology in the areas of computer vision and analytics.
You will create the technical direction for the sustainable farming solution and services development, and build and implement the strategic plan. Identify the resources vital to put the plan into action and be responsible for the entire process. In the role you will have the following scope:
• Develop strategy including product and technology to fulfill business goals
• Use external and internal stakeholders' feedback to make informed decisions about improvements and adjustments to technology
• Explore and define how to introduce new technologies that yield a competitive advantage
• Explore and pursue relevant technology partnership opportunities
• Lead and coach the product and development team and collaborate with sales & marketing
• Set up our operational and service delivery setup
• Ensure appropriate quality assurance practices

Qualifications
• You have a MSc in relevant field. Additional MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a merit.
• You have technology work background with exposure to IoT and data science, computer science, mechanical or electrical. engineering or similar area.
• You have a couple of years experience of leading teams within product and technology.
• You have experience of SaaS, analytics and computer vision.
• You have understanding of start-up or scale-up environment.
• You are fluent in English in speech and writing.

Salary as agreed.
Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start as soon as possible and the assignment is expected to run for 6 months with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client. At least 3 days per week at the office is obligatory.
